Hello, We are using a SIM7000A board with a hologram sim card for vehicle tracking. We connect the SIM board to an arduino mega and a GPS sensor. We have been having the issue that the board connect to the network, but it have zero data session. Hologram troubleshooting documentation said that zero data sessions often relates to firmware problems. Our boards are running the Revision:1351B03SIM7000A. Is there a best firmware version that we can run for hologram sim cards? Is this a recurring problem with the board?
